Located at the beautiful Dawn Beach, Princess Heights is a Luxury Botique Hotel. 

Adjacent to the prestigious Oyster Pond area the  luxury hotel sits against the hillside.  Each of the one and two bedroom vacation villas come with fully equipped kitchens and marble floors.  A large swimming pool is on property all with a great view of the ocean with French St. Barts in the distance. 

The one bedroom suites have all rooms on one level with the bedroom and living/dining room opening to a spacious balcany.   The bedroom comes with a king sized bed and the bathroom opens from the bedroom and comes with a whirlpool tub.  An additional half bath is accessible from the living area.  The living area has a double sized sleeper sofa.

The two bedroom suites offer additional living space along with additional space on the balcany.  These units are split level with the master bedroom up a half flight of stairs.  The large master bedroom has its own private balcony.  The second bedroom also has a king sized bed and has direct access to the second bathroom.  The living room has a sleeper sofa for additional accomodations.

A permit for temporary residency may be obtained by the petitioner/employer submitting a request ot the Governor of the Island Territory.  It is suggested that original documents are not submitted unless specifically asked for.

How to Obtain Permanent Residency

A non-national may obtain permanent residency after they have legally proven that he or she has been residing in the island territory of St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles for ten years in a row.  Residency can be proven by temporary residency permits, continuous SVB (Social Security Bank) coverage, or a  declaration of the Tax Inspectorate for the years that one is registered as a tax payer.
