A member of Resort Condiminiums International (RCI) and listed as a Points property. All units come equipped with a T.V., full kitchen, Italian marble floors, and cathedral ceilings (villas only). Villas with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms are located directly on the cliffs of Cupecoy, with additional 1 & 2 bedroom villas available around the pool area. The resort offers peace and quite with a great swimming pool and direct access to a small section of Cupecoy Beach. The lobby contains a small library of videos that may be checked out to guests, as well as a comfortable sitting area. ![]() The Oasis Bar and Grill is located on site next to the pool and is open every day for lunch and dinner. A permit for temporary residency may be obtained by the petitioner/employer submitting a request ot the Governor of the Island Territory. It is suggested that original documents are not submitted unless specifically asked for. |

| How to Obtain Permanent Residency |
|
A non-national may obtain permanent residency after they have legally proven that he or she has been residing in the island territory of St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles for ten years in a row. Residency can be proven by temporary residency permits, continuous SVB (Social Security Bank) coverage, or a declaration of the Tax Inspectorate for the years that one is registered as a tax payer. |
