The resort is located in the Maho area and directly on the Maho Beach. The immediate area provides access to many fine dinning establishments, Casino Royal, Food Express for groceries, elegant jewelry and clothing stores, as well as an ATM and parking garage. There are 111 one, two, and three bedroom units; along with a beautiful, large pool, restaurant and mini market on property. Each room currently offers high speed broadband internet access with WIFI available in the lobby and pool areas. All units come with a kitchen containing dish ware, toaster, microwave, refridgerator, and cook top. The living area is equiped with a T.V., sofa sleeper, two chairs, dining table, with outside access to a balcony or porch. The One Bedroom Maho Suite contains a king bed with vanity area, sleeps up to 4 persons and is approximately 80m 2. | How to submit request for Temporary Residency |

A permit for temporary residency may be obtained by the petitioner/employer submitting a request ot the Governor of the Island Territory. It is suggested that original documents are not submitted unless specifically asked for. |

| How to Obtain Permanent Residency |
|
A non-national may obtain permanent residency after they have legally proven that he or she has been residing in the island territory of St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles for ten years in a row. Residency can be proven by temporary residency permits, continuous SVB (Social Security Bank) coverage, or a declaration of the Tax Inspectorate for the years that one is registered as a tax payer. |
