Its the one location were island specific information is gathered and presented in an honest, upbeat, moderated, and easy to use fashion. There is no charge to register. Its Free! We do ask that you register in order to submit content. As our Privacy Policy states we will not sell or provide your private information to anyone other than the people necessary to maintain the Myislands Online Community without your permission. We do want to maintain some control over the quality of the content submitted to the community. We would also like to provide enhanced products and features that make for a better travel or vacation experience. Some online travel communities "pay" there members "points" for participation. While this may be enticing to some it is a bit of a smoke screen. The user soon finds out that it requires a bunch of submittals to accrue enough points to really get anything. We have chosen to take another approach to aquire user participation and content such as trip reports and travel reviews. We feel that the best reviews and opinions are those that are not paid for. Instead we cater to folks that want to share their thoughts and help others enjoy a great vacation and island experience. By helping build this travel community you will have assured yourself of a place to go to get answers to the questions you have the next time you wish to travel to the islands. Join today and participate with us in bringing quality information to the island traveler. |
